Apples ‘N’ Oats Smoothie.
Letting this one chill in the fridge for a few minutes. If it tastes half as good as it smells, I might have found a new breakfast favorite. Honestly, they had me at cinnamon.
My variation (only because this is what I had available on hand):
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, cubed
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (let’s be real, I added more)
Soaked the oats in the almond milk for 5 minutes. Then tossed it all into the blender on low! Best to keep some apple chunks. Mmm…
